LATFOR decision"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman&#8217;s office has issued a <a href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20111207043453\/http:\/\/www.ag.ny.gov\/media_center\/2011\/dec\/dec2a_11.html\">press release<\/a> praising State Supreme Court Justice Devine&#8217;s decision to <a href=\"\/news\/2011\/12\/02\/ny-victory\/\">uphold the law<\/a> ending prison-based gerrymandering in New York:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Today&#8217;s decision by Judge Devine is a victory for fundamental fairness and equal representation.
