Although the Connecticut legislature failed to pass reforms last session, there is renewed hope for ending prison-based gerrymandering in Connecticut next year:\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"quote\">With the initial backing of Connecticut Common Cause and the Prison Policy Initiative, state Rep.
