On June 1, the Delaware House of Representatives <a href=\"\/news\/2010\/06\/02\/delaware-house\/\">unanimously passed<\/a> a bill to count incarcerated people at home for redistricting purposes. The bill now moves to the Senate.<\/p>\n<p>The page has links to the <a href=\"http:\/\/legis.delaware.gov\/LIS\/LIS145.nsf\/vwLegislation\/HB+384?Opendocument\">bill<\/a>, plus two new fact sheets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/factsheets\/de\/DE.pdf\">How House Bill 384 Will End Prison-Based Gerrymandering in Delaware<\/a> [PDF] by Prison Policy Initiative.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/factsheets\/de\/adjusting.pdf\">States are authorized to adjust census data to end prison-based gerrymandering, and many already do<\/a> [PDF] by Prison Policy Initiative and Demos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>and as the campaign heats up we&#8217;ll be adding more material.
